This monthly budget is meant to support an Employee’s every day needs. Office Gear items don’t apply to it.
There’s no rollover. This isn’t meant to be a cash benefit. It’s budget for your team to get the things you need every month. It’s monthly to help make the potential expense for you company predictable.
Most won’t, but don’t define a budget that you wouldn’t be comfortable spending if every employee were to have maxed it out that month.
